I have been trawling the craft shops for kitty related products and buying up some purr-fect gifties to offur you as Purr-izes and this time I offur you this....

Here is a little card I made using a digi from SPYDER and some scraps from my snippets box :-)  He is called " Have a Purr-fic Day Marmalade Cat #3993  " . You can find lots more gorgeous kitty digis and other cute critters at SPYDER's CORNER .

I found a packet of little 4" x 4" cards so I am at present using them up :-) I think I overdid the inking round the edge a bit though !!! :-(

I  went shopping for some Knitty Kitties last week and so today I have a newly coloured one to show you.

This is Knitty Kitty........" DEEP SEA DIVER ".

My island here in Greece was once a major world supplier of sea sponges and the men used to go out for months on the boats to dive for them. Many of them were killed or injured with The Bends ( decompression sickness), due to the lack of proper diving equipment and safety. They no longer fish for them today and the sponges are starting to grow again on the rocks around us. The sea here is fabulous for Scuba diving and Snorkeling.

My Knitty Kitty is  Lucky because he has the proper gear. :-) 

I coloured my Knitty Kitty with Spectrum Noir pens using the ' Spotlight ' method and I used Diamond Glaze on his diving helmet. The shells are from my local beach - I went hunting for the teeny tiny ones :-)

I went a-shopping and got me some more KNITTY KITTIES - they are so darn cute.

My project this week is inspired by a true tail  tale from my life.....

When I was renovating my sweet Victorian house, I had got to the upstairs bathroom and a friend of mine offered to help me. 

Now, she is a bit of a neat freak so house decorating etc. was a bit of a nightmare for her.   I was plumbing in my new bathroom suite and there she was behind me sweeping up at every opportunity BUT the main bugbear for me was her habit of picking up every tool I was using as soon as I put it down and putting it back into the toolbox. !!! 

Well - you can imagine how 'miffing' that is when you go to pick up your pipe wrench only to find it ain't there any more.... I say to her "Where is the pipe wrench ? " (and then I have to explain what that is !!) and then she says "Oh, I put it away ".....  For goodness sake !!!  WTF !!! You can imagine how frustrating that can be ????  

 Funny thing how she left instantly when I finally wrenched out the old toilet and you could see right down into the pipe where the poop goes !! Hahaha  .... definitely totally out of her comfort zone !! :-D

So anyway - I found the image of KNITTY KITTIES called ' DECOR KITTIES ' and I have teamed it with  ' Big Eye Kawaii Leprechaun ' by LIZZY LOVE. She's holding a pot of paint instead of a pot of gold :-)

The images were coloured using Prismacolour Pencils. The Font I used for the sentiment is called 'Celtic Knots'.

Eekers gave me this lovely digi and I have tried to make it into something nice. !!!

I had some sort or gardening mishap yesterday and two fingers and half my hand  have swelled like sausages so I am not so lucky at the moment.  I am hoping it wasn't a snake !! I was unable to finish making a card for the coloured digi but I managed to do a bit of a digi scrap page instead. !! :-(  Click and drag I can do but cutting, sticking and folding, I can't !!! LoL

I used 'Calico Cat colour' from the " CATTITUDE Set" new release at BECCY's PLACE. This kitty obviously Soooooo LOVES herself that I thought she would be purr-fect for the challenge :-D  !!!!! hahahaha

I layered it on some freebie PawPrint paper from MEINLILAPARK, and some lovely red crown paper which I am not sure where it came from.  I also gave her a free clipart Crown :-D
